Homma will report to the museums Board of Trustees and Academy CEO Bill Kramer.
Homma is a five-year vet of the Academy Museum is currently the museums Chief Audience Officer.
She has been integral in raising the museums public profile through its programming and content.
Davidson has served as Chief Communications Officer since December 2021.
Galante will oversee the Academys global revenue growth, including the Academy Foundation and Academy Museum.
Severson began his Academy career in 1997 in the Photograph Archive.

He retires on Aug. 2, but will continue to be a consultant to the Academy until next spring.
