Rose then sexually assaulted Kennedy, the suit says, forcibly penetrating Kennedys anus with his penis.
Kennedy did not consent and felt overpowered, her suit says.
The lawsuit also alleges battery and seeks unspecified damages and a jury trial.
Mr. Rose is confident this case will be resolved in his favor, Gutman added.
