WHY IM STRIKING: A fair deal.
At NBCUniversal headquarters Monday, Patrick Donovan marched alongside about two dozen picketers.
All these folks probably dont have what I have, Donovan said.
WHY IM STRIKING: We have to stay together.
We want to go back to work, Donovan said.
We want to do what we love to do.
And were at the edge [of a deal] and we say, Were almost there!
And then we get pulled back.
Emotionally, its tough, its stressful.
