Former PresidentDonald Trumpwas fined again by the New York judge who imposed agag orderthat forbids Trump from attacking members of the judges staff.
JudgeArthur Engoronimposed a $10,000 fine on Trump,adding to the $5,000 sanctionimposed last week, per the AP.
Engoron was angered by a remark that Trump made to reporters outside the courtroom, when he said that this judge is a very partisan judge, with a person whos very partisan sitting alongside of him, perhaps even much more partisan than he is.

Summoned to the witness stand, Trump claimed that his attack was a reference to Michael Cohen, his former attorney who has been testifying in the civil bank fraud trial, and not to the judges law clerk.
According to the AP, Trump said that even though he had not been referring to the clerk, he still found her very biased against me.

Engoron, however, said that he found the former presidents claim that he was referring to Cohen as not credible.

Engoron had imposed the gag order on Trump earlier this month after he posted an attack on his clerk on Truth Social.
