Each days proceedings will run from 1:45 p.m.
ET to 5:45 p.m.
ET, and 6:45 p.m.
ET to 11 p.m.
Absent from the list: Former First Lady Melania Trump, who spoke in 2016 and 2020.
She is still expected to attend.
