We structured the entire co-production, and production started this year.
We knew that if we set it up with the right partners, there was value in the marketplace.
It sold North American andmultiple territories to Sony Picture Classics at this years Cannes Marche.
The film is going to be ready for the fall.
So, expect to see it at one of the big festivals.
The producer hat is very different from the sales hat.
Obviously, my vantage point is very much infused with my experience of 20 years in sales and distribution.
My eye and the way I look at material will always be influenced by that, says Westerhoff.
