1 in all markets save India where a local title was above it.
The stunning runs inKoreaandPhilippinescontinued throughout the frame.
The former is the overall No.
This was the 3rd biggest industry opening ever for any film in the Philippines behind onlyAvengers: EndgameandInfinity War.
The international portion of that is $3.5M.
Still up ahead for the voracious feline are France late in July and Japan on August 16.
In both cases, there is the possibility of upside once we get through Sunday.
As of Friday, the global total on the Kelsey Mann-directed sequel is$110.8M.
