Chavez could face up to 10 years in federal prison, according to the U.S.

During a previous hearing, Chavez was granted release on $50,000 bond and ordered not to practice medicine.

Mark Chavez, 54, of San Diego, will be arraigned today in Los Angeles.
The five include a live-in assistant, two doctors and a woman known as the Ketamine Queen.
