EXCLUSIVE:NBChas decided not to proceed with a third season of itsQuantum Leapreboot starring Raymond Lee.
The news comes more than a month after the two-hour Season 2 finale aired Feb. 20.
The development is not entirely surprising as the series, from Universal Television, had been on the bubble.

That is in contrast to last season whenQuantum Leapreceived a very early renewal in December 2022.
Its been 30 years since Dr. Sam Beckett stepped into the Quantum Leap accelerator and vanished.
And that sort of says to the audience, look at all the great places we can go.
So if it feels like a completion for audiences, thats wonderful.

The new reality were all getting used to is, its not just about one rating anymore.
Its not just about one number.
There are multiple platforms, he said.
That just comes with it.
So far, NBC has renewed five of the six Dick Wolf series and freshman dramasFoundandIrrational.
