Emerging Spanish actorGabriel Guevara, star of thePrime VideoseriesMy Fault(Culpa Mia), has been arrested on the fringes of theVeniceFilm Festival.
The actor, who was subject to an international arrest warrant in relation to sexual assault allegations, was arrested on Saturday.
He had travelled toVenice Film Festivalto participate in the Il Filming Italy Best Movie Award, a peripheral non-official event taking place in Hotel Excelsior on Sunday.

The Venice Film Festival out a statement on X saying that Guevara was not an official guest of the festivals 80 th edition.

The organizers of the il Filming Italy Best Movie Award initiative told local news agency Ansa, that they had suspended any recognition as a precaution, waiting for the nature of the facts concerning him [Guevara] to be ascertained and with complete confidence that justice will take its course.
