Sports and music representation powerhouseWassermanhas finalized its acquisition ofBrillstein Entertainment Partners, the venerable Hollywoodmanagementand production company.
Terms were not disclosed.Deadline exclusively revealed the acquisition talks back in February.
Wasserman chairman and CEOCasey Wassermanand Brillstein co-CEOs Cynthia Pett andJon Liebmanmade the announcement.
